My experience in Real Estate started at the age of 5, playing on my father's architect drafting table. It grew into studying insurance, design, management, finance, and then re-modelling over 15 properties on the tools myself. With over a decade spent in a consultative support role in Real Estate, I have applied my understanding of the building structure, functional design, the law surrounding tenancy and short-term rental marketing, and the permitting processes to improve the property.
